PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & INTENDED USES

This is a two-component chemically curing fluoro-polymer coating. It has a semi-gloss finish with excellent gloss retention. To be used as a topcoat in atmospheric environments.

FEATURES & APPLICATION

• Excellent anti-corrosion performance, excellent weather resistance; 

• Excellent oil and water resistance; 

• Excellent impact resistance, wear resistance, good adhesion; 

• Good workability in application.

Widely used in

1. Steel structures, steel supports, and iron towers of transmission lines of various power equipment in substations;

2. Rust-prone cast iron or steel components such as buildings, bridges, ships, etc.;

3. Power plant cooling tower, desulfurization flue, main powerhouse, coal transport trestle, dry coal awning and other steel structures.

RECOMMENDATION

• Recommended viscosity: Airless spray: 45″—55″ Air spray: 20±2″ Brush: 35″—45″

• Surface preparation: The substrate temperature must be above -10°C; Compatible with various primers and midcoats.

• Safety Precautions: The following measures shall be guaranteed during any paint applications: 1.Avoid skin and eye contact; 2.In case of skin or eye contact, flush with a large amount of water and immediately get medical attention; 3.Assure good ventilation; 4.Observe all health and safety regulations on-site.
